Angular 9

• Angular 9 was released on 2020 – 6th Feb
• IVY compilers are made default in Angular 9 and this is considered different from other previous versions
• IVY compilers introduced in Angular 8 as an optional, which is enabled thru tsconfig file.
• Angular 9 supports typescript 3.6 and 3.7
• Provides more improved components for testing
